Mr. Putin and Russian spies.

All five articles said that a Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin have met Russian spies deported from the US in the middle of July. Putin did not say where and how he meet them, he just mentioned that they were singing Russian patriotic song, which is unofficial hymn of Russian intelligent agents. Only one source explained which song is this. USA today writes that this is song form the movie about Russian spies in Germany during Second World War. I was wondering - which song is this, so i looked on youtube:

I am not the one to judge, but it is sound very unbelievable that Putin sang this song.

American press pays attention to the facts, that Putin said that spies had a very difficult life in the US and this is very big commitment, because they were working without diplomatic cover for many years. US media mentioned, that spy conflict was solved successfully and relations between Obama and Medvedev will remain the same.

British media accented that in exchange for the Russian spies Putin brought on the board of Russian Jet to Vienna four spies imprisoned in Russia for the suspicion of working for the west.

Putin said that Russian spies were betrayed and he know by whom. Journalist asked if Putin will punish the betrayers and Minister answered that this is incorrect to ask him those kind of questions.

Polish media wrote a lot about Putin's past as a intelligent agent in East Germany in 80s and that Putin understand by himself how it is to be a spy. Polish newspaper wrote that Putin is a dictator and he will punish betrayers for sure. This is typical opinion of the Polish media about Russia. This is because of the long history of Russian-Polish conflicts.

Most interesting and surprising article I found in biggest, oldest and most respectful Russian newspaper. Putin was in Krym (Ukraine) during this interview. He went there for some sort of Bikers show. Putin was answering questions about the show and some journalist asked him if he have meet spies, so Putin answered that he did and that was about it. The newspaper pays more attention to the show than to the fact that Spies in Russia under protection of the government and that this is biggest spy swap since the collapse of USSR:):):)
